Supervision of spiritual directors is simply a contemplative conversation between the spiritual director and a supervisor about a specific spiritual direction session in order to process how God has been at work, for the sake of the directee.
At Come Learn Rest Ministries (CLRM), we encourage spiritual directors to develop their own art and practice of spiritual direction. Through the practice of supervision, we hope to help directors experience true rest with themselves and God so that they can be aware of God’s presence during direction sessions.
Specifics of Supervision
Supervision sessions are most effective when the spiritual director prayerfully reflects on a particular direction session prior to coming to supervision.
Spiritual direction training programs often have required forms to be used in supervision, which we are happy to use.
The fee for supervision is $60.00. Paypal, Venmo (@comelearnrest) or check accepted.
